Santander will issue 0.2924 shares of its American depository shares for each share of Sovereign stock. Using Santanders Oct. 10 closing price of $13.03 |Boadilla del Monte, Spain -based Banco Santander SA (?918.33 billion) said Oct. 13 that it would acquire the remaining 75.65% of Philadelphia-based Sovereign Bancorp Inc.
